PRIVACY POLICY

Information pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, no. 196 Law related to the protection of personal data and art. 14 of Regulation no. 679/2016 GDPR.

The personal data provided by the User will be entered in a special computer database so that they can be used for access to the requested services. The data controller is Salice Paolo S.r.l., with registered headquarters in Cantù (CO), Via Domea no. 45 PO BOX 119.

Salice Paolo S.r.l., as data controller, hereby informs you that the email address required at registration and any other personal data provided will be processed with the consent of the interested party in order to provide the information requested by the User.

Pursuant to art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 39 June 2003, no. 196 (Law related to the protection of personal data) and article 17 of Regulation no. 679/2016 GDPR, you have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning you, even if the data have not yet been registered, and to access this data in intelligible form. Moreover, you have the right to obtain information about:

  • the origin of personal data;
  • the purposes and methods of processing;
  • the logic applied in case of processing using electronic means;
  • the identity of the Data Controller, Supervisors and the person appointed under art. 5, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 30/06/2003, no. 196;
  • the parties or categories of parties to whom personal data may be disclosed or who can access this data in the role of appointed representative in Italian territory, managers or appointed officers.

Furthermore, the User has the right to:

  • update, rectify, or if so desired, add to the data;
  • cancel, transform into an anonymous form or block data processed unlawfully, including data which is not necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed. The request for data cancellation must be sent to privacy@salicepaolo.it;
  • obtain certification that the operations referred to above – including their contents – have been brought to the attention of the persons to whom the data was communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves to be impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

Finally, the User has the right to object, in whole or in part:

  • for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning his/her, even if related to the purpose of data collection;
