GORDON GUILLAUMIER
Gordon Guillaumier studied first in Malta and then in Switzerland, the UK and Italy. He graduated at the Milan Design and Fashion School (IED) and then again at the Domus Academy.
He collaborated with architect Rodolfo Dordoni, before opening his own design studio in Milan in 2002, specialising as an interior design product designer and consultant.
He has designed products for various companies, including: Azzurra Ceramiche, Bosa, Ceramiche Piemme, DeSede, Desalto, Driade, Foscarini, Frag, Gebruder Thonet Vienna, Lema, Minotti, Moroso, Nobili Rubinetti, Oluce, Pamar, PaolaC, Roda, Tacchini, Sahrai and Varaschin.
He currently occupies the role of art director for Roda and Desalto.
His products have received a number of prestigious awards and prizes, including: Interzum Award 2011, Wallpaper Design Award 2014, Compasso D’Oro XXIV 2016 (Honourable mention), ADI Ceramic Design Award 2016 and Archiproducts Design Award 2016 + 2018.
